Beginning next month, Ohioans with pre-existing medical conditions will be able to apply for health coverage through a new "high risk pool." Community-based outreach and enrollment assistance is needed ." It's time to get ready!
Ohio Consumers for Health Coverage will host a conference call to help consumer advocates and service providers better understand what the high risk pool is and how to enroll. This phone call is for consumer activists and anyone who works with people with disabilities, language barriers, lack of Internet access or other limitations that may make applying more difficult.
