Presenter Cary Griffin comes back to JNCS Training Resource Center for a second, expanded webinar on this important topic. Cary Griffin knows all sides of the job development issues having worked on numerous projects with U.S. Department of Labor as well as a myriad of projects, collaborations and research for state and federal agencies. For the past two decades he has used his expertise to focus on creating meaningful work and career opportunities for people with disabilities. This Sept. 8th on-line training helps participants expand the world of employment opportunities for people with autism and other disabilities.
Skill Sets and learning Objectives include: Understanding the three vocational themes, Framing the informational interview process, Understanding the proper use of Resource Ownership and other economic development strategies in job development, Rethinking Discovery information and refining several vocational themes into Griffin's concrete solutions based on a functional economic development approach to employment |
