Ohio RSC and Ohio DODD announce OhioAbilities: Neighbors Creating Jobs and Wealth
Gathering to commemorate 40 years of the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (RSC), 75 years of the Social Security Administration, and 90 years of public Vocational Rehabilitiation, a crowd of about 300 people gathered on the West Lawn of the Ohio Statehouse October 6th to observe National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and celebrate a special related announcement. Help Pass Autism Insurance Legislation in Ohio
We need your help! The effort to pass autism insurance coverage legislation (H.B. 8) continues to move forward in Ohio. H.B. 8 was already passed in the Ohio House of Representatives and needs the approval of the Ohio Senate to be signed by Governor Ted Strickland before the end of the year. Read more...
