Autism Survey at The University of North Dakota

universty_of_south_dakotaResearchers at the University of North Dakota are asking for caregivers of a child with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to complete an online survey in order to better understand several topics related to having a child with an ASD.  More specifically, the survey asks a number of treatment-related questions regarding current treatment utilization, treatment history, reasons for stopping  or starting a treatment, the decision-making process that goes into selecting a treatment, various questions about the child's diagnosis, the impact of the child's diagnosis on the family, and any services utilized by other members of the family.  All participants’ information will be kept confidential and no identifying information will be linked to participants’ responses.  This study is voluntary. Therefore, respondents can exit the survey at any time. This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University of North Dakota.  Access to the survey is provided by clicking on the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/R6L5JP5
