Participants Accepted until: 100 participants are recruited

Participant Criteria: Families in the United States, who have a child or children that has/have been officially diagnosed with PDD, including autistic disorder (autism) or other PDD such as Asperger’s disorder (AD), Rett syndrome, childhood disintegrative disorder, and PDD not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS), ages 4 to 12 years, are qualified to participate in this study.

This survey study is mainly to understand sleep-wake characteristics of children with PDD and the relationship between behaviors and sleep of children with PDD. Participants (i.e., parents) will be asked to fill 3 forms (about 25-55 min. in total) and to record 2-week sleep and behaviors of their child (<10 min. per day).
