Participants accepted until: 9/30/11 or when 50 participants have completed the study, whichever is sooner

Participant Criteria: Participants must be age 18 years or older and have a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Participants must be able to independently complete and mail questionnaires. Participants must not have a diagnosis of Fragile X Syndrome or have a legal guardian.

Description of Study: Participants (or their families) will contact the researchers to indicate interest in participation. At this time, the researchers will mail an assessment packet which contains a cover letter, 9 questionnaires, and an incentive form to the potential participant. (Alternately, if the researchers have made an announcement at a meeting, potential participants will be directly given an assessment packet.) Once the potential participant has reviewed the instructions he or she may complete the questionnaires at his/her leisure and return to the researchers via a postage-paid envelope. Participants will then be mailed a $20 gift card to Target stores and will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon.com gift card. Only one person out of approximately 50 will win the Amazon.com gift card.
